John is the Chairman of INSight Capital, and an of counsel attorney with Ball, Loudon, Ebert & Brostrom, LLC, in Lincoln, Nebraska. John also serves as Chairman of the Board of i3 Bank based in Bennington, Nebraska. John enjoys working with business owners and executives to help them achieve their personal and professional goals, and he has been a dedicated community leader and volunteer. John enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is a native Nebraskan, an avid Husker sports fan, and loves to golf and fish. John is a graduate of both the University of Nebraska College of Law, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business.

David is the CEO of INSight Capital. Prior to co-founding the Company, David was the CEO of Sandhills Capital Partners, LLC, and Sandhills State Bank, with ten community bank branches located throughout Western Nebraska. Since 2004, David has spearheaded eight successful community bank mergers and acquisitions for multiple bank holding companies throughout the Great Plains. He is currently a board member of both Sandhills Capital Partners, LLC, and Sandhills State Bank. David retired as a Captain, Infantry, after ten-years United States Army Reserve. In addition, he is an honors graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business.

Terry has over thirty years in all aspects of the insurance industry, ranging from working as a producer, manager, agency owner, and carrier marketing representative. Highlights include serving both as President and in other senior executive roles at the Gary Thompson Agency, Inc., for over twenty years. In addition, "T" has worked for EMC in both a marketing and consulting capacity throughout the Midwest. In addition to his distinguished insurance career, T enjoys Husker sports, the Royals and Chiefs, as well as an occasional not-too-serious golf game. He resides in the Lincoln area with his wife, Stephany, and is proud of his two grown children, Taylor and Jack.

Andy has over 30-years experience in the insurance industry and served as the Vice President of Agencies with Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Nebraska, responsible for Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota. Experience has taught Andy the value of a professional insurance agent, and the importance of personal relationships and customer service. Andy resides in Lincoln and has three adult children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and golfing. Andy is originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

She lives in Lincoln with her husband, Noah Greenwald, and their three children. Jessica graduated with both a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and she is also a graduate of the University of Nebraska Law School.

Elizabeth spent the last eight years at the Sherwin Williams Paint Company, where she both managed her own retail store and helped train, recruit, and develop employees across Nebraska. She is excited to share her experiences and skills to help others grow and achieve the Company’s goals. Elizabeth graduated with a BSBA from Morningside University, where she also ran collegiate cross country and track. She continued her education at Doane University, where she received her Masters in Management. Elizabeth is a small-town Nebraska farm kid; who loves to travel, spend time outside, and cheer on the Huskers with her husband, Jake, and daughter.

Staci has over 20 years' experience in the insurance industry. Most recently as a commercial lines producer for a large, independent insurance agency in Lincoln. She also has extensive experience on the carrier side as a sales representative, handling a Nebraska territory for over 15 years. Staci lives south of Lincoln with her husband and two teenage boys. Staci loves all things Huskers, Royals, and Chiefs, and always has her next trip planned. Staci was born and raised in Falls City and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Tammy has over thirty-five years’ experience as a legal assistant. She began her career in Norfolk, Virginia, where she met her husband, David, who was from Nebraska. The next 25+ years were spent at OHDBS, PC, LLO, in Lincoln, Nebraska, from which she retired in 2021. Tammy was excited to re-enter the work force in 2023, when she accepted her current position as Office Manager of INSight Capital. She has four adult children, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
